The Riegelsville "Fall Roll Out" Classic Car Show is this weekend. It's not a VW specific show [Hot Rods and Classics] but it's a great little fall car show worth checking out. It's this Sunday, November 7th, in Riegelsville PA. A few club members are meeting at the gas station on the corner of Rt 513 and Rt 12 in Frenchtown. We're meeting at 7:00 and leaving at 7:30. We'll cross the Frenchtown Bridge, turn right and head up 611 to Riegelsville [about halfway to Easton]. You can't miss it.

Congrats to founding member Art Neary and his wife Amy on the arrival of 9lb, 3oz Elloree Eliza. She came into this world on Oct 24th at 9:21pm with all her fingers and toes!

Sorry for the late announcement. John Pickens is getting some of his B.O.N.E. members together for a little Fall Colors Cruise. It's this Saturday, Oct 23rd [Sunday Oct 24th rain date]. They are leaving Princeton Forrestal Villiage, Rt. 1, Plainsboro, NJ at 11am sharp for and morning/afternoon putt around the backroads of Central Jersey [Rocky Hill, Montgomery, Hillsborough, Neshanic, Three Bridges, Readington,. Lunch around 1-2p at Solberg Airport with a little more cruisin afterwards. Should be a cool crisp fall day so dress warm. If you need more info e-mail John

On Friday, Oct 1st, the club will meet at Stewart's Root Beer Drive-In on Route 22 in Lebanon, NJ. Meet at 7pm, enjoy a hotdog, rootbeer and the company of some of your fellow Jersey VDub nuts.

Updated the "Show's" section. Added the Tin at the Inn at Bear Mountain on October 2, 2004. It's a casual show-n-shine and weather permitting, it's a beautiful drive.

The 13th Annual Fall Englishtown Classic VW Show & Go will be at Old Bridge Township, Raceway Park on Sunday October 10th 2004. CJVWS will be judging the show again this year. Gates open at 9am.

Somerville Cruise Night this Friday, Sept. 3rd. The club will meet up at Foreign Car Werks (247 W. Union Ave, Bound Brook, NJ 07030) at 6 pm and drive into town. If you would like more information please email any of the club officers... See you all Friday night!!!

Drive in to the Drive-in! Saturday, August 7th 2004, the club is going to Shankweiler's Drive-in, in Orefield PA. We're going to meet at the Rt 78 rest stop west of Juggtown Mountain. We will be leaving the rest stop at 6pm sharp. Shankweiler's is the oldest Drive-in in the country and it fills up early. Don't be late!

The CJVWS Show-N-Shine and BBQ will be today, rain or shine. Bring out your VW for some free food, drink, and some Central Jersey VW hospitality.

Yikes! Its a little wet for a Show-N-Shine and BBQ today so we are "Officially" postponing it until next Saturday July 31st. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We have officially hit over 1000 hits on the site!!! I'm not sure how many of them are from me, but at least I know that a few people other than me are checking out the site. I updated the 'Members' section with some more cars, so keep the pics coming.

Updated the "Shows" section. We are working on getting a message board set up for the site so everyone can post questions or info about upcoming events. Check back for more info.

We've added the 'new' club logo to the site and are now offering new Club Member Shirts. Order yours today, supplies are limited - sorry, members only.

A special thanks to Chris Albert, Jeffrey Hicken, Art Neary, & Laura Schleef for becoming members of the newly formed club committee. From this point on the club will no longer have a single president --- the committee will handle all club functions in an attempt to help better manage our continuing growth.

We will be ordering new club shirts for members in March just in time for the VW Show & Go at Englishtown. I will post a sample of the logo on a shirt as soon as I can. Also, Jeffrey Hicken has kindly donated a large number of club stickers with the new logo on them, so if you don't have one get one while they last. E-mail Jeffrey directly and place your order.
